The point guard is the engine of your MyTEAM offense. A good one controls the pace, creates looks, and sets the tone. This guide helps you find the right floor general for NBA 2K27 VC your budget.

What to Look For

A great point guard needs ball handling, speed, and playmaking. Shooting and defense matter too, but the core job is running the offense and making the right pass.

Elite Playmakers

The top-tier point guards command a premium because they do everything. If you can afford an elite guard, they instantly elevate your whole lineup. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, rated 98, is the gold standard.

Solid Mid-Tier Options

Mid-tier point guards offer most of the production for a fraction of the price. Look for players with strong playmaking and a reliable shot. These are the value sweet spot for most players.

Budget Floor Generals

Even on a budget, you can find a fast guard who handles the ball and hits open shots. A budget point guard may not be flashy, but a dependable one keeps your offense flowing.

Fitting Your Playstyle

• Run-and-gun? Prioritize speed and finishing
• Half-court offense? Prioritize passing and shooting
• Defensive-minded? Look for length and perimeter defense
