MilaMiAmor began inside our own home, during a time when my family and I were struggling with an unhealthy lifestyle. We felt low on energy, uncomfortable in our bodies, and tired of feeling that way every day. More than anything, we didn’t want this life for our children. 

We didn’t start this brand to follow trends. We started it to share what genuinely helped our family. Our goal was to create products that support a healthier lifestyle,  products we would confidently use ourselves and give to our loved ones. We looked for products that could truly help us feel better, products that were simple, effective, and safe to use long term. But everywhere we looked, we found disappointment. Either the products didn’t work, were filled with things we didn’t trust, or didn’t fit the lifestyle we wanted for our family.
