The are coming off an incredibly succe sful campaign which ended with them being just a couple of quarters away from representing the AFC in Super Bowl LIV. It's a season that will be remembered for the reemergence of quarterback and how dominant was on the ground. While the league isn't too keen on paying running backs, Henry quite literally carried the Titans to the conference championship game. So, where do the Titans go from here? Like every team, they made some additions in the offseason and they also lost some players. Is this squad capable of making it back to the postseason and winning a couple more games? Are they ready to challenge the powerhouses that are the and ? Everyone in the NFL world -- including the fans in Nashville -- are wondering if last year was a fluke. This preseason begins the journey for this team to prove that they are a legitimate contender, so let's take a look at what their depth chart is currently looking like. Willy Hernangomez Jersey The Titans have a bloated roster at the moment, but that will change as the offseason drifts into the preseason. Let's take a look at what a what a rough depth chart would look like for Tenne see right now. Rookies will be denoted with a (*). Tannehillwhile the Titanson Henry. Don't worry about a holdout yet, however, as the two sides are still talking about a new contract. That dynamic duo could turn into a legitimate trio in 2020, as rookie wideout A.J. Brown had a breakout rookie season. For the first time in years, the Titans appear to have a legitimate No. 1 receiver. As far as the other weapons go, Jonnu Smith, Anthony Firkser and MyCole Pruitt make up a solid tight end room, but the wide receivers don't exactly have incredible depth. We are still waiting to see if Corey Davis is a legitimate starter or worth another contract, and if Kalif Raymond can be something more than a deep threat. The Titans signed several undrafted wide receivers though, so maybe there could be another diamond in the rough in that respect. For the offensive line, the Titans lost in free agency, but drafted Isaiah Wilson in the first round. Don't expect him to enter training camp as the starter, but I do believe he will end up starting the season opener. The Titans also re-signed swing tackle Dennis Kelly, and they seem interested in giving him a shot as a full-time starter in case Wilson isn't yet ready. Taylor Lewan, Rodger Saffold and Ben Jones are solid starters as we know, but I'm interested in seeing how right guard Nate Davis progre ses from Year 1 to Year 2. On paper, the Titans Ike Anigbogu Jersey do appear to have a very, very solid offensive line. The offense is virtually the same from last year minus the right tackle spot -- but Wilson could end up being a nice addition. If this unit can remain healthy, they should be set up for another impre sive season. Let's now turn our attention to the defense. Defense StarterBackupDepth DE Larrell Murchison* NT Larrell Murchison* * DE OLB ILB Cale Garrett* ILB Jr. OLB LCB RCB * SCB Johnathan Joseph Kristian Fulton* FS SS Chris Jackson* The Titans suffered a big lo s when they traded defensive lineman away to the this offseason. They did draft out of N.C. State, but he's not seen as someone who can start alongside DaQuan Jones and Jeffery Simmons along the defensive front right away. I have him currently listed as a nose tackle, but I'm sure he will get some time at one of the end spots. The linebackers are definitely improved from last season. Rashaan Evans and Harold Landry are rising stars, Jayon Brown is great as well and then the Titans went out and signed former pa s rusher Vic Beasley. They finally have someone with potential to play opposite of Landry -- who recorded a career-high nine sacks last year and is expected to take another step forward in 2020. Beasley Rawle Alkins Jersey hasn't matched the production he had back in 2016 when E'Twaun Moore Jersey he led the league in sacks, but a change of scenery might do him well. The cornerback position is somewhat of a weak spot for the Titans. Malcolm Butler and Adoree' Jackson are solid starters and they signed the veteran Johnathan Joseph recently, but their No. 1 corner in is not coming back in 2020. The Titans did draft Kristian Fulton out of LSU to serve as a replacement, and it would be great if he could come in and make an immediate impact. The safety position on the other hand is very solid, as Kevin Byard and Kenny Vaccaro both had nice seasons last year. Amani Hooker and Dane Cruikshank are also a couple of young guys who appear to have potential. Special teams StarterBackup K Tucker McCann* P LS Ben Jones KR Kalif Raymond Darrynton Evans* PR Adam Humphries Adoree' Jackson The kick returner and punt returner is a bit of a gue s right now. Raymond is athletic and Humphries is a veteran, but I'm interested in what Evans is capable of at that spot. Maybe head coach Mike Vrabel will give him a shot to compete as a returner in training camp.
