How U4GM Plans Monopoly GO Racing Flag Budgets
In Monopoly GO, a sensible Ghostbusters Racers budget reserves Flags for the double-points final while spending enough earlier to earn useful lap rewards and sustained lead time. Unlike a Monopoly Go Partners Event, this team race rewards coordinated Flag spending across three races.
Set a Flag reserve before rolling
Each racer starts with 100 Flags, and one race roll costs 20 Flags. Four players form a team against three rival teams, so agree on a shared reserve rather than treating each player's balance as a separate race plan.
First place in each of the first two races pays 10 championship points; second through fourth pay 8, 5 and 3. The final doubles those awards to 20, 16, 10 and 6, making one final win equal to two earlier wins.
There is no fixed reserve that fits every team. Check the championship standings and each teammate's remaining Flags after the second race, then decide how much the team can spend on the final without exhausting its supply before a meaningful push.
Turn Friday's dice into Flags
Bookworm Busters and Tycoon Class both close on October 30 at 12:59 PM ET, so check their next milestones before spending dice. Flags also come from board pickups, Quick Wins and the Shop's free gift every eight hours.
Open the event and tournament milestone tracks and identify the next Flag or substantial dice reward. Compare its remaining point requirement with your dice balance before raising the multiplier.
Roll toward Bookworm Busters milestones while the event is active. GO, Jail, Free Parking and Go to Jail each award 4 points per dice multiplier; a corner landing at x10 awards 40 points.
Watch the Tycoon Class track as you roll. Railroad landings advance that tournament, which also offers Flags, dice and stickers.
Collect Quick Wins and check the Shop's free gift when available. Add those Flags to your planned team budget rather than spending them immediately.
Open the race screen and check the Flag balance and lap reward choices after rolling. Each lap is worth 300 points, and the event offers 40 lap reward choices per race.
A second High Roller window is listed from 11:00 AM to 7:59 PM ET, leaving nearly two hours of overlap with both milestone tracks. The boost has a shorter personal timer once triggered, and schedules can change, so check the in-game banner before committing dice.
High multipliers make a successful corner or railroad landing more valuable, but they also consume dice faster. If the next useful milestone is out of reach before 12:59 PM ET, lower the multiplier or stop rather than chasing an unfinished reward.
Spend for minutes, not brief leads
Hold the Lead tracks how long a team remains first in the current race, with a separate leaderboard across the event. Its rewards depend on placement alongside the championship results, so the lead-time board gives early spending another possible purpose.
Only complete minutes count. A lead lasting 4 minutes and 43 seconds adds 4 minutes, while two separate leads of 50 seconds add nothing. Minutes already recorded remain on the board after a rival passes.
Use team chat to choose who rolls first and who follows. On the race screen, check the current position and lead-time board; if a rival is close, a teammate can continue the push instead of letting several short leads expire without a full minute.
A large opening roll alone does not guarantee useful lead time. Stop adding Flags if the team cannot maintain first long enough to record minutes or if the same spend would leave too little for the final.
Check the prize step before the final push
plus first place awards a Swap Pack of three stars or more and a Wild Sticker. Second awards four 4-star packs and six 5-star packs; third awards three 3-star packs and four 4-star packs, while fourth awards two 1-star packs and three 2-star packs.
The Wild Sticker makes first especially attractive when one missing sticker would finish an album. A team chasing packs instead should compare that prize with the ten packs in second place before using its remaining Flags.
Claim lap rewards as they become available. Unopened choices carry into the next race, but they must be claimed before the event ends on November 1 at 3:55 PM EST; the clock change that day makes the time-zone label important.
Before the final race, check your team's standings, remaining Flags and unclaimed lap choices, then agree on a spending limit in team chat. If sticker options remain a concern, review Monopoly Go buy Stickers alongside the race prize table before deciding how hard to push.
